I haven’t seen the official statement other than that they will buy it back for up to five years.
But, at what price? Is Numis saying they’ll pay back what the customer paid for it? Or that they’ll pay current market value for the coin?

Here’s their corporate website breakdown I got from http://www.JoinNumis.com/Jedi and clicked on the “5 year buyback” logo on bottom right of webpage.
Here’s how it works:
* Within 120 days following the 5 year anniversary date of the purchase, the original purchaser may return eligible coins to Numis Network and we will buy those coins back at 100% of their original purchase price.
* Buy Back Guarantee applies exclusively to coins purchased through the Silver Coin of the Month Club program, effective beginning 1/1/2011, not including shipping or taxes.
* Buy Back Guarantee applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the coins.
* Any eligible coins returned for Buy Back must be in original, resalable condition.
* Coins with damaged slabs are not resalable.
* Eligible coins must be submitted for Buy Back with a completed Buy Back Submission Form and Buy Back Authorization Number (BBAN). Call (866) 920-1080 for a BBAN prior to returning coins.
* Coins must be returned to Numis Network via trackable shipping service.
* Numis will issue a check for the Buy Back amount within 15 days of receipt of the returned coin.
